How does Smart Lighting help Muggles sleep well?

I read this news about  What's the Matter? Signify smart bulbs don't interoperate well enough. That's about to change. I think I will buy Smart Lighting Blubs for Health purposes.  Light wavelength from 400 nm ~500 nm can disrupt Circadian Rhythm of Sleep, which can cause Muggles' Sleep Disorder.  Photo Credit: Image Courtesy of Sleep Disorder Resources Do you know why LEDs you use have blue light? White LEDs on the market use phosphor to convert blue light to white light, so have a strong blue light.  Photo Credit: Image Courtesy of Red Horticulture Smart Lighting uses three light sources comprising of Red LED, Green LED, and Blue LED.  In the evening, Muggles can use Applications to turn off Blue LED, and only keep Green LED, and Red LED for color mixing. Smart Lighting is a great approach for Muggles' Sleep Disorder, isn't it?
